Thanks to Avra Ensemble for their performance this afternoon, transporting us back to the Baroque era with a varied selection of songs and instrumental works by English composers. A beautiful programme, with a touch of madness!

Next month we welcome the international Trio Doyenne as they make a stop in Giffnock on their UK tour. The piano trio will perform works by Franz Schubert and Stasys Vainiunas on Saturday 6th April, 1-2pm 🎻🎹🎻

This Saturday the 25th of June at 2pm, there will be an exciting recital at Wellington Church in the west end of Glasgow as part of the Wellington Arts Festival . The performers will all be RCS students and graduates.

The recital will begin with the Oscen Ensemble, followed by the McIntyre Morris Begg Trio and finishing with Vox Duo and Jia Ning Ng.
It will be a beautifully varied programme.

No need to book for this event, entry is on the door by donations, and anyone is welcome! Come along and support these young musicians!

Had a fabulous time performing for Giffnock South Concert Series with the legendary Ross Morris, Classical Guitarist ✨

Very excited for this upcoming recital with Ross Morris, Classical Guitarist! Lots of good tunes for voice and guitar✨

We are really looking forward to our next event on 7th may with Morris Begg Duo! They will present a beautiful programme of music for voice and guitar, combining classical repertoire with Spanish folk songs. Tickets £5, under 18s go free!

The duo are based in Glasgow and formed two years ago whilst studying at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, where they are now taking on a Masters programme. In 2021, the duo both had great success with Ross touring with Glyndebourne and Ines making her German debut in Weimar, and they are also delighted to be a Live Music Now Scotland ensemble.
