This pretty weary got MARRIED last week!
She put in the work, trusted her coach and the process, and felt amazing on her wedding day!
She had been worried for YEARS that she would feel uncomfortable or self conscious on her wedding day - but on her big day she was nothing but PROUD and CONFIDENT with how she looked in her wedding dress!
Girlfriend was able to get these results by working out at home with adjustable dumbbells, 3 days a week (and then bumped up to 4 a couple months out from her wedding :))
And like the post says - she’s HELLA social. Like minimum 2 events every weekend, usually 1-2 during the week, and then so much travel. And she didn’t have to sacrifice any of that!
Still got to enjoy meals out and her margaritas 😜

Reverse dieting DOES sound scary 😱
But… these pictures just speak VOLUMES.
Eating more does not [necessarily] equate to gaining weight or gaining body fat.
Reverse dieting done right and paired with the right workout program is the BEST (and usually only) way to get to your goal of getting toned.

Consistency is your best friend when it comes to seeing results.
