Welcome!

You may call me Lisa! I am a licensed and certified athletic trainer in the states of Indiana and Illinois. My journey started at Indiana University where I graduated in 2019 with my Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the School of Public Health. My first position was at Governor State University as the Assistant Athletic Trainer but currently at Morton College as the Head Athletic Trainer. In addition to my full time position I work contract events and tournaments during my free time.

It’s time we put the GOAT 🐐 in Athletic Training! As a healthcare provider the key to success is education. The more you know the better you can prepare. While attending Indiana University, I was involved in working at the academic support center (ASC) for math. Since graduating, I am able to utilize the knowledge I’ve gain to tutor in subjects including anatomy and statistics.

Better late than never. The mind and body work together. Young and wise we must learn to take care of our minds just as much as we take care of our bodies. Through hard work and dedication, we can improve our overall wellness.
