Most of my show this year is with a lil cohost in me. More manageable with the morning sickness this round but still need some pills to keep me going.

Corporate, product launch, wedding, National Day dinner… I m just unstoppable. 2023 is about coping my body while at work.

A lil rest for the year end and I will be back in action by 2024.

So I did my national service again, serving another 10 months (of pregnancy) this year, that comes with a lifetime of commitment to protect and provide them to the best of my abilities.

Well I guess that’s another way we ladies can do NS🙂

National Day events, about 6-7months pregnant then, they are the more physically demanding shows but I make sure not to shortchange any of my client and audience.

Some time back where I made appointment for the whole family .partum , - tcm tuina for my boy’s running nose, tcm for my cough and massage for the hubby’s backache. My boys really sleeps better after that. Thank you for the confinement tea! Love both the Qi and Blood boosting teas. The herbal bath is also what I look forward to everyday this whole month. Have been hosting some weddings recently, every couple are special to me. This couple, the client is the pretty mummy, my classmate when I attended hosting and drama class back in 2015. She always have me in mind when comes to hosting, glad to host her family event, wishing her son and dil (B&W) blissful marriage 💕

Hosting for the Italian National Day celebration in sg. Big thank you to the girl who sat in front of me during my secondary sch days . I am thankful for supportive friends who always believe in me. It’s team ladies that night from the organizer side and the pianist and singer were talented ladies too. The way she sings the National anthem of Singapore and Italy. Super impressed. Hope to learn to sing classical one day. There’s so many things I wanna learn😂💪🏻

That aside, for someone who can’t speak Italian, for a week every night I was listening to the voice recording from client for the pronunciation of the Italian names to make sure I read it smoothly. There’s still hard work + homework to do as an emcee, not just grab the 🎤 and go😛

Last week was sharing on air how to DIY to GWS. As a mum very often don’t have time to see doctor when unwell. Only when really bobian~ So when I have running nose first thing is do the ctest so thankfully it’s the usual flu.. I am also someone who try not to take medicine so sharing what I do/eat to self cure 🤧

1. vitamin C x2 2 times a day (with sustained release👍🏻)
2. probiotic x2 2 times a day (for immunity too)
3. drip propolis to my throat (it does wonder!)
4. swallow saliva whenever throat feels itchy, avoid coughing 🤭
5. lots of water
6. squeeze in more sleep/nap

My job is exceptionally satisfying especially when it’s for a good cause. The yellow ribbon fund raised more than $1 million that evening. The fund is devoted entirely towards the development and implementation of rehabilitation and reintegration programmes for ex-offenders and their families. With Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies as GOH, meeting Commissioner of Prisons Mdm Shie in person. Thanks to the wonderful team working hard to ensure best experience for all guests.

As the theme of the gala: Reflections, creating milestones and beyond.

Hosting the gala is definitely a milestone in my career. Beyond what I imagine myself hosting as I reflect how far I’ve come, from hosting roadshows to community shows and slowly to bigger stage, I am grateful for every opportunity and most important your trust in me.
