I just found something new and beautiful I want to master making.
I'm working on a new cookbook in 2024!
I made this pie crust as the base for an apple pie this week. WOW, it turned out really well.
I reworked this standby recipe for a substitute for graham crackers that is gluten free. Let me know if you try it and what you think.
Now that the fresh fruit in my Wal-Mart is beginning to taste sweet, I am using it to vary the taste of my homemade sugar free lemonade and iced tea. The dried fruit is getting put on hold again until fall. Yummy.
As I made Christmas breakfast this morning (always eggs benedict) I thought about the Hollandaise Sauce and how so many are afraid to try and make it from scratch. Here is the recipe I used this morning.
The holidays are fast approaching. Here is a good appetizer that will impress guests and family alike. Let me know if you make this, I'd like to hear your opinion of it.
