💫COCONUT ROCK BUNS/CAKES 💫

A Comforting treat that’s best served with Cheese, Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Milk or Chocolate Milk!!😋

💫MY PLAIN CORNBREAD RECIPE💫


1 cup Cornmeal
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated (white) sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup coconut milk powder
1/4 cup dried cranberries

- Mix together

1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cup buttermilk or water
1/2 cup yogurt or sour cream (optional)

- Mix together and add to dry mixture

- Mix Well

- Grease baking container with butter or margarine

- Bake @ 330*F for 40 mins or until fully done..

- Brush with melted butter while still hot..
