That's exactly why, because people somehow feel we shouldn't. It's a conversation that makes people feel awkward and when it's not addressed, utterly alone. It's one of the most profound human experiences and we need to normalize talking about it more.

The balance of life, the ebbs and flows, and the dualities. Healing and happiness aren't end goals, they are life long. We experience hurt, grief, and pain but we also experience great joy, peace, and happiness. These are all within us.
It's like the family recipe you learned from a loved one who has passed. You have a beautiful memory of something you shared, but you are a little sad they are no longer with you. It's ok to by happy and it's ok to be sad. It's finding that in between, that balance.
