I am still lost for words after such an epic edition of CHI WOW WAH TOWN 2024. As I do with all my mixes, I strive to take the dance floor on an emotional journey, whether playing a Downtempo or Deep House set.

This set was the most relaxed I had ever been and with the immense love and energy coming from the dance floor it was the most fun I've ever had. Although I was overheating for the most part of it. 🔥🙌 The sound system on the WAH Stage was stellar and hearing my set emanate through it totally blew me away.

I heard that I even brought out a juvenile Brown Snake onto the dance floor! 🤯

Well that was certainly a whirlwind 20hr Adventure!!! 🤯 Arriving onsite on Thursday night, then getting a call from friends who's van broke down, asking if I could pick one of them up from the side of the road, another 3hr return journey. 🫣😂Finally get to bed at 2:30am and wake to open the Chill Island Stage on Friday morning on 10am.

I must say it was the most challenging and difficult set I've had to play. Stage lacked shade from the sun for the DJ (got absolutely baked), I could barely see the waveforms on the cdj's and then cdjs were glitching when setting loops, and then only one foldback was working and not very loud.

I'm back home now and here is my set from Esoteric Festival, sounds better than it felt playing it.
