Chicken Tetrazzini is a great spin on chicken alfredo. Plus, it includes peas and mushrooms (oh no veggies!) This is a recipe that will require your full attention during preparation. White Chicken Chili?!? Here is a spin on your ordinary chili night. It's great on cold nights, or to serve alongside margaritas. Also, it is a great choice for parties when you have friends (or kids) that only eat chicken! I only made one modification: one less poblano pepper. Need to get out of the house? Kids bouncing off the walls? Well, the weekend is here, and you can disconnect from work. Grab a fishing pole, tent, and make a picnic lunch. Today is a day to still enjoy nature while social distancing. We are lucky enough to live near a little fishing hole. It is walk-able, but we prefer to drive just because it is a lot to carry two kids, poles, bait, and snacks that far. [ 881 more words ]
