What gives you hope? What are your reflective practices?
Episode 15: The Power of Meditation. Think meditation has to be long and done in a particular way? Not so! Try meditation microdosing (the AWE) method and more. My own journey to a regular practice was decades in the making, but ultimately life changing. You can do it, too.
