It is designed to assist with shredding fat while building endurance and toning muscles. It includes a home and gym version, 100+ exercises, demonstration videos for each exercise, a nutrition guide (because I know the struggle can be real lol)..and also a private Facebook community so we can hold each other accountable, motivate one another, post pics/workout videos, etc. You get all of this for just $21!! Our workout schedules, eating habits or just daily life activities in general have been flipped upside down. Gyms are back open and some are excited to get back to business. However, there are many who still feel uncomfortable with stepping foot in a gym. Either way, this plan is for you!
