I am always a fan of proper hydration and especially during pregnancy, and even more during nursing time it is key to hydrate well, and enough, and with high-quality sources. Yes, it is very much key to choose your carbs wisely, but if kept in moderation, and if reached out for the high-quality source of pure fresh coconut juice, you’re on the right track to hydrate well and feel well. Make sure it is fresh coconut juice and if bought in packages make sure if it’s fresh and not pasteurized that you keep it cool and consume within two days during refrigeration. Enjoy and be well!

Wind up as it boils down again on the fact that nothing is black and white BUT
There is a glimpse of saying that especially balancing blood sugar levels during the last trimester and opting for low GI foods is beneficial in being pregnant and healthy - for endurance, vitality and for the birth process
It is brought up that high insulin levels block the hormone prostaglandin which should work to make you get birth ready -
Unfortunately it is not proven scientifically in its entirety BUT as said -
Nothing is black or white
So for holistic health overall my recommendation would be to opt for food / carbs that are not high in g.I.
Go more for
The good carbs.
The quality carbs.
The right combo of carbs and proteins and fats.
Balance is key - always!
And if you crave for sugar make sure it is the exception not the rule!
Throughout pregnancy !

I am not talking about a super HIIT workout, weight lifting or keeping your marathon schedule in running -

Every body is different
But every body needs its own movement and activity to feel comfortable and vital - holistically healthy
Make it a routine to do yoga/ stretching or walking outside or any other activity a routine with a glimpse of Me Time - to calm down, find your inner balance and regain strength
Of course you can run your marathons and do your HIITs up to you and your fitness - 🙋♀️😉
My point is not about having every once in a while wonders but the glimpse of regularly and actively seeking Activity and Movement
AND: never forget - breathe deep …this is another magical technique to feel vital!

Watch out to have the right ones - organic Medjool dates
These healthy bites will equip you with quality sources of vitamins, antioxidants and fiber!
But a few pro tips:
Do not consume more than 5 Max per day which is already quite a lot !!! Rather not more than 3 per day!
Especially during pregnancy make sure to quickly wash them in warm water
Combine with other healthy sources (for example nuts)
And store them in the fridge, vacuum sealed
Enjoy!
