Firstly bypass done in MB then working length obtained and glide path created

- During trying to retrieve SI by ultrasonic tib, file dislodged and pushed apicaly.. so i did obturation for other canals and another appointment given to complete Mesial Root of 46

- Bypass done again and during shaping by Rotary another file separated 😰😢

- it take about 40 minutes to bypass tow separated file 👐🏻

Patient: male 31 years old

: sensitivity and discomfort during eating & drinking...... sudden spontaneous pain since he restored lower 2nd Molar before 3 months

Vitality.......... normal response

..... deep restoration from mesial pulp horn.....no periapical change

... Composite remake with good pulp capping

1. Rubberdam was placed,
2. Removing old composite

3. Cavity disinfecting by chx 2%

4. MTA capping
5. Covering mta by dycal light cure

6. Selective Etching

7. Bonding agent ( Bisco)

8. Zenith Composite...A2..A1..stain

One week follow up .. all signs of pain and discomfort completely disappeared⁦👐🏻⁩
