As travel baseball gets ramped up, it’s a good thing to be mindful of pitch counts and overall workload. Winning isn’t everything at the younger levels but the health of the athletes are. Managing pitch counts from travel ball and little league as well as not having players catch and pitch on the same days are ways to manage workload. ⚾️

Reaching out and connecting with like minded people is a huge plus within the strength and conditioning world. The time spent with the last 2 days and listening to drop knowledge 💣 about life, business, and training for an hour and a half straight will carry weight down the road in my career. To all young and old SC’s, reach out and make contact and do site visits, will be ever so valuable in your career!

Monday’s ME Lower: Heels elevated back squat. Trying to improve upon my quad strength. Felt good after taking a few days off after the last week. This is 420lbs, finished off with 430lbs.
Been following conjugate for at least a year and a half. Decided today to make the switch to Stacked V.1 to try and reach some goals that I have been eyeing for a while. Hit a beltless CS 1RM of 425 today plus insane volume in UB. Finished off with .25 miles of lunges on the treadmill. 🔐
ME Upper from yesterday. CG 2-Board Press. 290/300/320/330 (10lb. PR). Hammered out some triceps, back, and shoulders after that. Bench is finally coming around. lockedin🔐
ME Lower: Cambered Bar to Parallel Box. 415/430/445. Definitely not the prettiest squat and need to rely on my hamstrings a lot more. 2” Deficit Deads followed along with SB Split Squats, DB Staggered RDL, Seated GM’s, and Band Leg Curls. 🔐
DE Upper Body: Speed Bench Press - 5x5 @ 165 + Short Mini Band. Followed that up with Bamboo Bench, 4x20. Finished off by honing in on some weaknesses: Back, Tris, and Shoulders.
