It's terrifying to think about staying the same, especially when the world is changing around you.

We live in a world where everything is possible, but we need to believe in ourselves and our abilities in order to achieve our dreams.

When it comes to giving credit where credit is due, don't forget that trust is key in any workplace environment—especially one where people are working together toward a common goal. When someone does something great that helps achieve that goal, make sure everyone knows about it!

We know it's hard to take a break when you're on your grind, but we also know that if you don't, you'll burn out before you know it. Celebrate the small steps along the way—and that means taking time off every once in a while.

Day 1 we attended the CEO round table with CEO’s from NXP, ST Micro, Infineon and Wolf Speed discussing de-globalization, sustainable future and the demand of the supply chain capacity.

The future is bright in technology however the demand and shortage in power and microcontroller components will still presist for the next 1-2 years ahead.

You can't just do the same thing over and over again—you need to step outside of your comfort zone and take risks.

Don't wait for someone else to do something, be brave enough to make your own path!

You know what they say: the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Don't be afraid to speak up and ask questions. If you're confused about something, just ask! You'll be surprised at how happy people are to help you understand something new.

Happy Thursday, everybody. Here's a daily reminder to never let fear hold you back—if something is making you uncomfortable, that's a good sign that it's worth exploring.

The key is not letting yourself believe that there's no way out of your situation, because there always is—and sometimes all it takes is one step forward to find the end of the line.

So embrace your growth and celebrate it! 👊

Don’t be too hard on yourself if your progress is slow. Remember, practice makes progress, so keep at it. 💪🏼

It's not just about creating a product, but creating relationships with your customers and making them feel like family.
