-we at D1 Livestock have donated a wether to the sale to be raffled off around 1pm that day! Raffle tickets can be claimed anytime between now and June 15th by 12pm. BUT- you must be present to win/claim him. Winner must be 18 years old or younger to win- this animal will not be released to anyone who is not a current 4H or FFA member.

Great weekend at Harvest Moon! Several Top 3 and Top 5 finishes in their wether dam/market classes and showmanship. Danniella and Alysia are always so much fun to watch in the ring, and the hardest workers outside of the ring too! 🎉🎉🎉

Mature doe available (open) just weaning keeper doe kid. We bought this doe from Brem Livestock with the intention of showing her but the “Rona”had other plans so we stuck her in the breeding pen. This doe has been a great producer giving us some keeper does,some wethers who have done well in the show ring as well as a keeper buck we call “Rip” co owned with D1 Livestock. It’s hard to show anything when they’re only 35 lbs.. let alone win! We are incredibly proud of Ellie’s accomplishments with all her species this last week at fair. Ellie is a beautiful young woman inside and out with her entire family being no different. We are looking forward to these two’s show career to come!

It’s hard for any buck to hold this amount of power, shape, handle, and still be attractive on the profile… and yet, this guy does. Did I mention these pics were taken on his 2nd birthday? He is absolutely cracked apart throughout his entire skeletal base with a pin set to match. We love his neck extension and massive, smooth shoulder… and whether you have giant gorilla hands or not, it takes at least two to fully handle and appreciate the width that his rack and loin possess. His first kids are on the ground.

And just like that, late winter/spring kidding season has come to an end! We will have several market does and wether dam does for sale come mid May as well as 1 wether that is pictured here to the left.
