Nutrition aside (bohot pakaya kya khaya kya nhi khaya) - as a person I thrive on routine and discipline . My point is : if there is something that keeps you going or doesnโt - in my case itโs a muscle I have to constantly develop and I like order - I like things in their place . It can make people around me go bonkers but for an anxious person to practice control in daily life reaally helps , even with cleanliness or my alone time - that translates into following a routine . However I would like to mention that I had not been to the gym for over a month and half and honestly honestly it wasnโt any time wasted๐ . The space that was created gave me so much more in return . I take my hair care more seriously , I made new friends , started exploring different things I didnโt ever look into , my patience level has gone up โฌ๏ธ and I know I am more sensitive as a human than I show ( you know service industry means being like a pillar of strength or maybe thatโs how I have been conditioned) .
And the fact that you can view the same understanding you have at a deeper level every time ! ๐๐ป
I am not camera friendly , very conscious about the way I look and come across but I have dealt with my inhibitions in the past already , this is just a post to say ; itโs okay to take your time and not let fitness influencers influence you to MUST DO IT and JUST DO IT .

A switch over from event industry a decade ago meant only one thing for me , to be able to assist others in their fitness journey .
Having said that , I have never had a goal of opening my own gym as that would be mean running a business and diluting my purpose .
With almost a decade long experience in personal training , training numerous different bodies , all with different lifestyles and professions - personally and virtually - I am introducing online plans . This is for people who donโt have a fixed time of the day but still want to invest in their health , wellness and fitness .

Three things you can do if you have PCOS :
1. Donโt lose weight BECAUSE you have PCOS
2. Donโt make PCOS your mail excuse to not lose weight
3. Create Space in your life by letting go or prioritising
I was diagnosed with PCOS much later ( which is worse coz you donโt really know whatโs happening to you ) but that never stopped me to work or to play . It does affect you at many levels but only if you let it . A well balanced diet - fat rich/ Mediterranean ๐ฅ, consistent exercise regime - slow strength training , balanced cardio and self care practice is all it actually takes . Clear the clutter by comparing yourself to 1000 others - you never know if they have it too , itโs a matter of prioritising or creating Space . Donโt make it your limitation ๐๐ป๐
At the cost of sounding high & mighty, this is a fact . You can lose all the weight you want and still be in not such a fit place mentally ๐คญ . How about switching gears when it comes to fitness ? Make weight loss a smaller part of the larger goal ๐ฏand see the change . And for that , trust your trainer - he is walking in your shoes for you ๐๐ป
