This is the same as action beats worry like rock beats scissors. Do you find yourself worrying about everything from your finances to your health?
Do you spend hours and hours overthinking the future? You’re not alone. Worrying can be exhausting, and it can leave us feeling powerless and stuck.
However, there’s a way out of this cycle. Action overcomes worry. By taking control of our lives and focusing on the present, we can find a way to overcome our worries and live a fulfilling life.
Worry can often be paralyzing. It can make us feel like we’re stuck in a rut, unable to move forward or make progress in our lives.
We might spend hours and hours thinking about our problems, obsessing over every detail, but ultimately we’re not really accomplishing anything.
That’s why taking action is crucial in overcoming worry.

Environmental influence on our emotional states
How our environmental influence effects our emotional states. It is no surprise that we humans are heavily influenced by our environment.
We are highly associative creatures, meaning that the world around us has a profound effect on our thoughts, feelings, and actions.
This is why the old saying “Sit in a barbers chair and you’ll end up with a haircut” is still relevant today. It succinctly encapsulates the fact that our environment has a strong impact on who we are.
As humans, we are highly social creatures, which means that we are constantly influenced by the world around us. Whether we are aware of it or not, our behaviour, attitudes, and values are shaped by the people and things we interact with on a daily basis.
This phenomenon is known as environmental influence, and it is a powerful force that can impact every aspect of our lives.
