Brunch π protein and veg after a nice run! I donβt even like mushrooms and for the longest time I would not eat them. Now I incorporate them in my meals all the time (not because I like them but because they have many nutritional benefits.) And a side note incase I didnβt tell you...I donβt like mushrooms ππ If I can eat them you can too ππ€·πΌββοΈ Do you eat mushrooms?
I am dam proud of myself. I work hard between diet and exercise to stay fit. Do I exercise every single day? No! Do I eat π―% healthy all of the time? Definitely not! But when I do exercise I push myself and when I do eat healthy I make it a nutritious meal! Itβs all about balance. I was never overweight but a few years ago I put on a few extra pounds I didnβt want on my body. I didnβt feel comfortable. I talked to my doctor to see what was happening and the cravings I was feeding. It was all hormones. They change every 7 years. I learned how to fix that problem and I lost that unwanted weight. Iβm in no way perfect or trying to be a body builder but what I am doing is working at maintaining a healthy body that I feel good in. You can too. Hope I inspired you in one way or another.
