I got this recipe from whivh is simply using their ground flax seeds, oats, peanut putter, honey and chocolate chips. I LOVE fresh produce and always wanted a big vegetable garden. But so many things stopped me in the past. โฃ

But now, I am growing my own produce in a small space, without a lot of work, and itโs so easy to do! ๐ฑ ๐ โฃ

You can see my current seedlings sprouting for a variety of lettuce, spinach, kale, arugula, Swiss chard, cucumbers, tomatoes, and herbs. โฃ

All of this is possible for me with a Tower Garden. โฃ

These a aeroponic gardening systems that have no dirt, use very little water and space compared to traditional gardening, and they grow more in a shorter amount of time! You can grow most fruits, vegetables, herbs and even microgreens. You can grow indoors or outside! โฃ

Donโt worry, other wholesome grains can be easier to find in these times where there are certain foods that have been depleted from our stores! โฃ

I was able to find several bags of pearl barely online when rice and many oats were out of stock. โฃ

It can be like brown rice where it takes longer to cook and has a little different texture than plain white rice. But it is still delicious and even more nutritious with a good amount of fiber and protein! โฃ

To go along with the simple ingredients in the Lentil Chips, I wanted to keep this recipe simple as well.โฃ

Itโs simply chickpeas, micro-greens (you could swap it out for regular arugula if you like), tomato, cucumbers, and red onions. Mixed with a homemade lemon garlic dressing. โฃ

This was made within minutes and makes 3 garb and go meals during the week to eat with a serving of Enjoy Life Lentil Chips. โฃ

Yes, the produce itself is amazing! But often times some healthier treats/snacks are stacked underneath. โฃ

You will still want to glance at ingredients lists to make sure you know what is each of these (as sometimes less healthy options can still be stored closed by). But the store knows that those who are purchasing produce, might be interested in some healthier products as well, so they keep them near by. โฃ

I saw you working long shifts, not getting your breaks, staying late, chasing down doctors, attend rounds, deal with codes, difficult patients, talk to all the other practitioners (such as us RDNs), deal with visitors, working in crowded spaces, & more. ๐ซ๐คช๐ดโฃโฃโฃ

That is a lot!!! but then you go home and take care of your family!โฃโฃ

You spend all of your energy on everyone else and there isn't always a lot left for taking care of yourself!โฃโฃโฃ

It's exhausting. But the answer is not in following some complicated plan, counting calories, giving up foods you love, or spending countless hours at the gym.โฃโฃโฃ

It's taking care of your WHOLE self with real, simple, healthy habits. Yes, what you eat does matter, but it's more than that. โฃโฃโฃ
