Tonight was the Halloween race and last race of the 2023 season for Christina!!! Christina made a goal for herself to run a better line tonight given that there was 13 kiddos in her class which is the most she has ever raced with!!! Christina def improved her line tonight and found some speed! They ran time trials so no heat races tonight! Christina started the feature p12 and finished p9! thank you to her amazing sponsors this year who helped make sure she had everything she needed to keep her going around the track each week! The points season has come to an end and Christina is looking for sponsors for next season. Christina started the heat in p2 and finished p5. Christina started the feature in p5 and finished 5. We are so proud of Christina for getting back out there tonight after her wreck the last race!! We are very thankful to Derek, mark, nick, Dwight and pappy Dutch for pulling through for us and helping to get Christina’s kart back in action for this weekend!! Good evening race fans. I want to take a min and thank everyone for their kind words and concerns this weekend about our favorite racer! When we exited the ambulance and saw all of her race buddies sitting on the track right by the ambulance all heads turned towards the ambulance, it brought tears to our eyes!!! The bonds that are built at a race track are beyond words!!!! And then to have those same racers jump out of their karts after the race to personally come and check in on Christina melted my heart!!! I want to thank the track staff again for being there immediately to check on Christina and provide care and concern in every way possible!!! This is truly what keeps us going! Christina has every intentions on being back in action for our last points race oct 7. All of your support proved to her that she needs to keep going!!! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!!

What an eventful night!!!! In practice Christina was getting used to the adjustments that were made to her kart earlier in the week. Christina started the heat in p3 and finished p4. Christina started the feature in p4 and was taken out as a driver drifted backwards from their own wreck and Christina just didn’t have enough time to stop or get out of the way. The ambulance crew did a great job checking her out and making sure that everything was in working order. Her back seems to be ok, just some scraps on her leg and she bit her tongue. Thank you to the track staff for checking in on her and being so concerned! We will have the kart looked at here soon and she will hopefully be back in action for Oct 7. Sorry for the delay. I will have videos posted soon. Christina took a heck of a hit tonight! She was checked out by the ambulance crew and she seems to be ok. Checked her back and all. Christina has plans on being back in action oct 7.

Christina set some serious goals for herself tonight! She listened to the feedback of her pit crew and fellow racers and put it in action tonight!!! Christina went out and looked amazing in practice and self evaluated saying she knew things she needed to improve in the heat. Christina started p2 in the heat and finished p4. Because of some tech issues with other drivers, Christina ended up starting p2 in the feature and our girl parked it in victory lane!!!!!! She would not have been able to do this without her amazing sponsors!
