Some of my February Favorite products that I use daily and absolutely love are:
- the Coated Chef's Knife
- the Flexible Cutting Mats (mini and normal size)
- Air Fryer

But one my most loved Pampered Chef products is the 1 Cup Prep Bowl because it makes prep and measuring quantities of food so quick and easy! They also have lids so when my toddler decides he doesn't want to eat something, it makes it very easy to just put the lid on and put in the fridge to save for another day!

Tonight was the Cheeseburger Pizza recipe for dinner in honor of the Super Bowl. The Mix n Chop made cooking the ground beef easy and the pizza stone was the perfect pan to cook it. This recipe was even husband and toddler approved!

Anybody that knows me knows I love dill pickles so I couldn't resist trying out my air fryer. Pre-game snack was Air Fryer Dill Pickles that were so easy to make and so good!! They turned out awesome!!

Just tried making a new recipe which will prep all my breakfasts for the week!

What I learned making this recipe:
- I need to buy the brownie pan (I used the mini loaf pan instead since I don't have the brownie pan)
- I can cut prep time in half by using the Quick Slice (I used the coated utility knife but it would have been quicker to use the Quick Slice)
- I love my mini flexible cutting mats and use them daily
- I can't wait to taste this recipe when it's done cooking! :)
