There's a huge part of my music journey that I have not talked about on social media and I thought now is the right time to share it.
Going back to 2018, I wasn't pursuing music, or anything for that matter, and just didn't know what to do with my life. I had been struggling for a long time, but had been hiding it well. It all came to a head after I'd been living and working in Greece one summer.
Then, at 23 I had a breakdown.
I had a full-on implosion and went into a massive freeze response.
A load of my old traumas surfaced, and my coping mechanisms were not longer working. I was so lost and confused about what was going on. As the months dragged into years, I never knew if I would get better.
But then, something amazing happened:
An unexpected mentor came into my life. He is a healer and is the most spiritually connected person I know.
He saw something in me that I could not see myself.
He told me my life was very firmly in music and I should completely express myself in this direction and watch as the negativity would fall away from me. Heās a wonderful man and heās been with me this year guiding me and sharing his wisdom.
A friend of mine tragically passed away a few years ago. It was such a shock and loss. This friend of mine pursued music whilst he was alive and we also worked on some songs together. My mentor was visited by my friend after he died and he told my mentor to support me. I honestly wasn't sure what to make of all of this when I found out but there have been too many weird "coincidences" and things happen to not believe there is something bigger than me at play here.
My friend is with me everyday and I feel like I am doing music for the both of us.
His death was a turning point in my life. He was taken too young and it was hard to process him not being here any more.
After the shock faded, I felt so sad that he never got a chance to fulfill his potential in life.
This honestly gave me the push I needed to turn my life around and pursue my music career.
After many struggles, Iāve done so much in a small time, especially compared to myself in crisis a few years ago.
I couldn't get out of bed in the worst times and now I live in London, playing gigs every week, and I feeling like iāve turned my life around.
This is something I didn't know was possible.
Iāve recently achieved goals I never thought Iād could; like landing gigs at iconic venues in London, getting consistent radio play and being named āBBC introducingā Suffolk artist to watch for 2023!
I canāt believe how my life has changed and I feel spiritually awoken in the process.
In my breakdown I just wasnāt able to unlock any of it: myself, my soul, my dreams, anything.
I feel incredibly grateful to have a spiritual healer in my life who guides me and has given me a link to my friend. I think the whole thing is such a beautiful story.
My debut album, āAddicted To Chaosā, is heavily based on this journey of mine, and thatās why I feel the music can help a lot of people through their dark times.
The songs were the only light I had for a couple years before the spiritual healer came into my life. I donāt feel like there is enough āREALā in our lives at the moment, and I want to change that.
I know I crave authenticity in people, so I want to be as authentic as I can.
Finally, thank you for all the support, and the 17,000+ streams on my album. I feel so incredibly blessed.
I can't quite believe that I'm doing this and am so grateful to get this chance at life.
We're just getting started!
Come along for a great show! š¤š©·
our next gig is an intimate acoustic number on Tuesday 21st in Borough and weād love to see you there!

My debut album āADDICTED TO CHAOSā is out on all streaming platforms!!! š„³š„³š„³
Itās been a beautiful process writing and recording this music and now they are in the big wide world ready for everyone to digest.
āAddicted To Chaosā features 10 songs that tell a story through a breakdown I had in my mid 20ās. The songs all resemble important times in my life and itās wonderful to be able to share it with you.
These 10 songs gave me huge amounts of energy when I needed it most, and they act as powerful reminders for how tough we are and what we can get through in our own lives.
It is my hope that the music hits your soul, and your own perspective creates a new meaning in these songs, which is the most amazing part of this process for me.
These songs are now everybodies!
Thank you to everyone who has supported my journey so far. I have lotās of exciting gigs coming up in London in 2023 where I will play songs from this new record!
This will be my last release of 2023 but I do have lotās of new music planned for 2024.
Weāre just getting started :)
Thanks a lot guys,
Love
Will

Meet the former Colchester Sixth Form student about to release his debut record Will Foley, an emerging songwriter that has played the Colchester live circuit over the last few years
Hello everyone š„³š„³š„³
My debut album āADDICTED TO CHAOSā comes out on all streaming platforms this Friday (27th October)
Itās a collection of some of my favourite songs I have ever written.
5 of the songs on the album are singles I have already released in 2022 and 2023ā¦
Talking Through Walls
Industrial Love
Co**se Reviver
Your Passion Won The Day
Last Chance Saloon
My album is a journey into self discovery and understanding a deeper version of yourself.
Addicted To Chaos starts with a rock song called Detective which is all about stating out loud that we are willing to be a detective into our own mental health story and accept the road ahead, however bumpy it may be. I believe Detective to be a positive song and a song of hope.
The album continues this powerful message to create a story well worth listening to and I urge you to stream it on Friday š¤
It would also help me out massively if you were to presage the album. You can do this by tapping the link in my bio :)
Thanks a lot guys,

MY NEW ALBUM IS OUT IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS
RELEASE DATE - 27/10/23
Itās called ADDICTED TO CHAOS and itās my debut album and I cannot wait for you to hear it.
It features 10 studio songs, 5 of which are my singles already released.
I thought I would ask to define what being āaddicted to chaosā actually means and it was quite the responseā¦
ChatGPT: āBeing addicted to chaos refers to a psychological and behavioural pattern where an individual becomes habituated to or dependent on situations or environments that are marked by disorder, turmoil, and instabilityā.
āPeople addicted to chaos often find a sense of excitement, validation, or even comfort in situations characterized by constant drama, conflict, and unpredictability. They may feel alive or in their element when there's chaos around themā.
A lot of the music on the new album came from a very unstable period in my life and I feel the title is very fitting for the headspace I was in when creating this music.
The album is available for pre-save in the link in my bio. Drop me a dm if you do pre-save, I would be eternally grateful.
Thanks a lot guys,
Love š¤

P.S
I got the buzz cut didnāt I
Hey everyone š¤
Hope youāre all having a great July!
I have been super busy playing loads of gigs across London and festivals back home in East Anglia. I have also had the pleasure of recording a live set with Raw Sessions which I will be releasing on Spotify soon. I am also looking forward to a couple of festivals coming up for the rest of the summer!
I am playing at tomorrow (22nd July) in Cambridgeshire! Itās my first time at this festival and I cannot wait to play to the crowd there. Thanks for having me to play :)
On the 12th August I am playing at .festival and its going to be a super special weekend. Reepham festival gave me the chance last year as an unknown act and now I am back again but now on the main stage which I am so so grateful for.
In other news, I have had a huge burnout which I have just about dealt with. Music is a tough game if you live your life in waves. The ups are great and you canāt do anything wrong and every decision feels really great, but those dipsā¦.. Those Dipsā¦. They are hard and you have yourself questioning everything. I feel sometimes you have to wait it out, sometimes you can work yourself through it. What I always try and do is keep writing through the dip, as thatās the one part of being a musician that doesnāt tend to elude me. But I can forget about everything elseā¦
I would love other creatives to DM me to share how they fight through the dark side of being a creative trying to grow a career in their art. Letās normalise this.
All the best
Will xo
Hey everyone š¤
Hope youāre all doing great!
I had a really special time last night recording 3 songs and having an interview with on BBC Introducing in Suffolk.
I never thought I would get to do this, and it was so special to fulfil a dream of mine in my musical career and play a live featured slot at BBC Introducing!
The show will be broadcast this Saturday the 8th at the next BBC Introducing show. I hope you like the interview! We talked about mental health, visions of the future and the wonderful thriving local scene of Suffolk!
I played live versions of the 3 new singles from this year, Co**se Reviver, Your Passion Won The Day, and Last Chance Saloon.
Last Chance Saloon is also fast approaching 6000 streams on Spotify which is mind blowing so give that a stream if you havenāt already.
So check out the show this Saturday!
Big thanks to and
