Just a polite post about payments.
Hope this isn't worded too badly!

Just as you would in a shop, I take payment up front. Especially if its personalised.
In the past I've made things and then been blocked, this is a waste of my money, products and time, time which could be spent with my children!

You wouldn't go in to River Island and ask to pay later once you've received the goods.

It's really frustrating, I keep my prices as low as possible and hardly profit as I know how expensive things can be, I also collect and drop off and have never charged for this although i use so much fuel in doing so.

I was left quite upset this morning but I'm standing my ground.

I do as much as I can to help people out in so many ways!

I do my orders around my son who is home from 12 daily as he can't handle full days in school. He is autistic and 100mph!

I'm not being messed around anymore.

Having children with Special needs I know fidgets and sensory toys can help to sooth them. Unfortunately when Alex is having a meltdown he breaks his own things which means we go through them like there is no tomorrow!!

I've now found a wholesaler after another small business kindly shared with me, where I can buy in bulk and have back ups for Alex (with our costing me a fortune). This also means I will have extra so I'll be bringing them to some of my stalls. I say some as I'd never want to tread on toes of small businesses who already sell the same products!

Unfortunately no orders will be started without payment upfront. I have been making personalised items which then I'm not being replied to when it comes to payment! Therfore it's difficult to resell. Vinyl can be peeled off but HTV on clothing can't!

Please be considerate. I'm trying my best with my little business. When I'm sat in my craft room making items that then don't get paid for, its taking up my time which i could of been spending with my children!
