Prepping for the Southern New England BBQ Throwdown.

Highland Spice Blends will be competing in the Pizza Ancillary.

We tested

1) Pistachio Pesto base, honey bbq chicken, fresh mozzarella, onions, cheese blend and bacon.

2) Honey BBQ Sauce base, honey bbq chicken, onion, bacon, cheese blend and fresh mozzarella

3) Pizza sauce base, bacon, onion, cheese blend, fresh mozzarella and honey bbq chicken.

Turn in next week to see which one we decided to make.
