Today is the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, it's a day to remind us the importance of providing a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. One of the ways to achieve that is by adopting telehealth services.

Telehealth allows employees to access medical care remotely, reducing the need for in-person appointments, and minimizing the risk of exposure to infectious diseases. It also provides employees with more flexibility and convenience, allowing them to access healthcare services on their own schedule.

In addition to the benefits for employees, telehealth can also help employers to reduce healthcare costs, improve productivity, and promote a culture of wellness. Telehealth is becoming an increasingly important tool for ensuring the safety and health of workers.

Employers who adopt telehealth services for their workers can help to protect their employees' health and well-being, while also supporting the overall health and productivity of their workforce.

It's worth considering telehealth as a way to promote a safe and healthy work environment for all.

Rare Disease Day highlights the impact that rare diseases have on individuals and their families. These diseases, often with limited research and resources, can be challenging to diagnose and treat.
However, advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) are being used to improve the diagnosis of rare diseases. AI analyzes large amounts of data and identifies patterns that might have been missed by traditional methods, leading to earlier and more accurate diagnosis. This can improve treatment options and patient outcomes. As we mark Rare Disease Day, it's worth noting the potential of AI in addressing the challenges posed by rare diseases.

Women's Health Strategy for England 28/07/2022

We just love it when health values line up!

Last week, the National Health Service (UK) released it's 10-year strategy for Women's Health. It called for access and use of high-quality data to understand health inequalities and risks, more digital health initiatives to empower women, and closer collaboration with the health technology sector to deliver collaborative innovation.

Well isn't it great that this is exactly what Medcase is also doing? On the one hand, we raise the value of raw data by data enablement and enrichment. On the other, we are also a network of health providers, ready to make solutions more viable for real-life clinical scenarios.
