DELTA 2023: IBORI COUNTERS OKOWA, POWER ROTATION TO DELTA CENTRAL IS SACROSANCT. The former governor of Delta State Chief Jai Ibori, counter Governor Okowa that, power rotation to Delta Central in 2023 is sacrosanct. He was quoted as saying: Governor Okowa during his campaign promised to hand over to Delta Central and as a gentleman and promise keeper, we have no doubt in our minds that he will do everything within his God given power to adhere strictly to his promises.
