Actually pretty buzzing with my fitness levels right now 😆.
It kills me taking time out but my body said no ❌. Now I’m all rested, my injury seems to be holding out as well 🤕 😊.
Back on my bike this week and feeling great for it! 😆
Successfully made it through 90 minutes last Saturday as well so actually buzzing ⚽️

I hear this a lot and it’s true! Exercise is great and should always be encouraged. 🏃♂️
However actually 80% of your results are led by nutrition! I’ve not been able to train consistently for over a month now. I’ve kept my shape through maintaining my eating disciplines even when I’m not able to be as active as I’d like. 🌱 💪🏾
