Happy Belly Happy Mind Event for Kids!
We’ll start by taking some time to unwind from the week with some breathing and a fun yoga flow followed by a cooking class where kids get to make some healthy holiday appetizers, entree and dessert. We will finish off by enjoying the delicious meal at end.
