…. Here is Lissy, the little pup that we rescued yesterday. Lissy made it trough the first night, she is so tiny and frail, seeing such a tiny little soul with such terrible injuries it’s heartbreaking…😞😞😞

Lissy needs a lot, a lot of care and she will need long term treatment, we have her at the veterinary clinic since yesterday, this poor baby has endured so much in her little life already, we are all determined to give her a new life…😞😞😞
Her whole body ia covered in deep wounds, holes…😞😞

Please please help us help this poor baby !! Any donation is better than no donation😪😪😪

If you use large stainless steel dog water bowls, please can you make sure that there’s something in them like a flat stone or something else that will give a hog, or any other small animal, some traction to be able to climb out.

This poor hog had climbed in but the slippery and angled sides meant he couldn’t get out. He was found in this collapsed and exhausted state who had the presence of mind to take him in and try and warm him up and contacting us for help.

He’s not feeling very well at the moment but fingers crossed he’ll do ok.

Please also make sure that if you have a pond or water feature that there is a suitable escape route up a ramp, some mesh, some steps made of bricks under the surface or a graduated bank.
Hogs can swim but will quickly become exhausted - just as we would - and drown.

Monty can make anything look comfortable. 😆🧡🐱

The beautiful Daisy headed off to her new home yesterday with a lovely gentleman who absolutely adores her already. It seems like they both came into the others life at the right time, they both saved the other 💞
This is one of the messages that the gentleman sent to me (permission was given for me to share this)

Hi Sally

Under 24 hours and Daisy is settled nicely, she does hide if I pop out of the flat, or am out of the room, but such early days, and she will soon know all's well and she is THE most gentle loving cat. I understand why she struggled after losing her owner, she is a "people" cat.

2 hours she stayed like that.

She's eating, using her litter tray 📥 and is just so lovely.

Overnight, she jumped on my bed too, I think to see I was still there. Then settled on to bedroom chair till breakfast
