Sharon Bell is a mother to 2 daughters, and 4 beautiful grandchildren, some of whom have benefited from Leander ISDs public education. She moved to the Cedar Park area in 1992 and one of the main reasons was because of the excellent reputation Leander ISD had at educating children. Sorry, this has taken so long to post. After election night, we all took a much-needed breather.
I have met and worked with so many amazing people. I have had the pleasure of being invited into churches, homes, venues, and pavilions to join my fellow candidates in speaking what we all believed and held in our hearts to be true.
To Katy, Amy, Jeanne, Jill, Carolyn, and all the wonderful block walkers who worked tirelessly to get my information out. You all have a place in my heart.
To Susan and the ladies of the Table. I could never have done this without your prayers and encouragement. I am very fortunate to have found you and am excited to continue learning and worshipping with you.
To all the teachers who reached out to share your experiences past and present with LISD. Hang in there. Paul Gauthier is amazing and will do what is right for our children.
To Dorian and Claudia Chavez, your support, encouragement, and love will never be forgotten.
To those who donated to my campaign, I am forever grateful.
To my husband, grandson, daughter, and especially the youngest grandson who sat through event after event without complaining, I am truly blessed to have the love and support.
And to Christine, without you, this would not have been possible. You managed every detail of this venture. You were there for me during the good, the bad, and the ugly. I am forever indebted to you.

To all who are block walking for me: You are the true warriors in this election. I thank you all so very much and promise not to let you down. Together we will restore our schools to a place where our children and grandchildren are educated by a standard curriculum free of confusing social emotional culture. We will value our most valuable resource Teachers. Parents will have full transparency and authority over their childrenâs education.
