Heartbliss Cacao

Last week I was blessed with the opportunity to guide a ritual for a very special baby shower, and it was unlike anything I'd ever experienced before. We summoned our mothers and grandmothers our lineage of wise, courageous women, to protect the sacred circle we had formed.

As we sat around the circle, we drank ceremonial cacao, Keith's Cacao, and crafted loving baby wishes and birth affirmations. The energy in the room was palpable and full of love, and I was deeply moved by the power of the women in that space.

The mother-to-be was adorned with a breathtaking crown of fresh flowers and wore a white linen dress that embodied the purity and beauty of new life. She sat at the head of the circle, glowing with joy and anticipation.

In the middle of the circle, candles flickered, copal incense and palo santo smoke filled the air, and the sweet aroma of sage wafted through the room. It was a beautiful fusion of sights, sounds, and smells, and it left me feeling inspired and uplifted.

To witness the bond between each woman, the love that we shared, and the overwhelming feeling of unity was truly breathtaking. This experience was a reminder that when women come together with intention and love, we can create magic and manifest beautiful things into the world.
