What I eat in a day 🍽️
Eating about 2100 calories per day right now and will SLOWLY be cutting.
TIPS TO A SUSTAINABLE CUT:
- Keep your calories AS HIGH as possible while still in a deficit. You DO NOT want to start a cut at 1500 calories because as your body adapts you’ll have to keep lowering them…. The more food the better (and happier)
- Do not keep adjusting your macros every week. You need to let your body adjust to the calories you’re giving it.
- Keep protein high
- Track food ahead of time if you get overwhelmed. It helps make your day feel less focused on food
- Find foods you like!! My meals never get old (i love chicken and rice) but make meals that fit your goals
I still have untracked days and meals out, it’s still about balance 🥲
If you have questions or need help DM me 🤍

The fitness community is like no other 🤞🏻
If you’re intimidated by it here’s your sign to not be! Everyone starts somewhere and everyone has a goal.
No judgment here, just love and support 🤍
Reason I love fitness: it’s 100% in your control
You have control over what you put into your body
You have control over how you move your body
You have control over your goals
You are the only thing that can determine your end game
Of course, some health factors play a role that you can’t control, but for the most part YOU are the ONLY thing stopping you from your goals.
YOU are in CONTROL
Stop blaming side factors. Make the time. Have the disciple. Stay consistent. Do the damn thing.
Fri-YAY🤪

How it’s going Vs. How it started
I wish I could say fitness is the easiest thing to pick up, but it’s not. It’s truly one of the hardest. It’s so mentally and physically challenging, and I’ll be the first to admit it.
Going into this new season, you must remember, there’s no quick fix. It takes time, patience, and hard work.
My tips to sustainable reach your fitness goals:
- Don’t make drastic changes. Start with small changes.
- Don’t cut out a good group. Fad diets aren’t sustainable for most people
- Start working out 2-3x a week, not 5-6. You’ll burn out quick.
- Don’t force cardio on yourself, instead hit 8-10k steps a day
- Balance is KEY. Moderation is KEY
- 80/20 rule.. 80% nutrient dense foods 20% foods your enjoy
- LOVE yourself through it all
- Give yourself grace
- DONT GIVE UP
If you EVER need any help, my DMs are always open 🤍 Do it for you. You owe it to yourself.

I’ve been asked the question “how long is it going to take for me to see results?” a lot recently…
SEEING results takes time, but FEELING results is almost immediate.
The biggest thing people don’t understand is that when you go into a fitness journey expecting to see results immediately you are automatically going to fail. Most people think they can see results in just a couple weeks, and that leads them to being unsuccessful. You become un-motivated and discouraged when you set such high expectations.
Fitness journeys are about a lifestyle change, not a “quick fix”. When you go into your journey knowing it will take time and patience you will succeed.
I’m not saying you can’t loose a few pounds in a couple weeks, but I am saying you won’t see drastic changes (that will last).
Patience is key. Like i always say, ENJOY the process!!!
Have I told you guys recently how much I appreciate you all 💙
Thank you all for all the constant love and support.. you guys keep me going, and I’m happy to have a platform to help and inspire you guys in anyway I can.
Here’s your reminder:
You are beautiful
You are loved
You are amazing
You are kind
Keep smiling
Keep shining
🤍
Building Glutes 101 🍑
1. Food, food and more food
2. Heavy lifts
3. Compound movements
4. FOOD
5. Patience 😅
Growing your glutes takes time, just like building every other muscle. Focusing on compound movements, quality of each movement, and fueling your body will do the trick 😉
Honestly, looking at old pictures sometimes makes me sad because I’m not as lean as i used to be (by choice, but still sucks sometimes 🤷🏻♀️) but we really are building a whole a$$ DUMP TRUCK… so I’m fine with it 😉🍑
Creating a life I’m in love with living 🤍
I’ve been scared to take chances, scared to change, scared to let people go, scared to be on my own, scared to do life not knowing if I’m making the right choices.
The trust is, the last year has been full of doubts for me that left me wondering what I was doing with myself. I had a conversation with my best friend and she felt the same way… feeling like she was going no where. The truth is, we are SO damn hard on ourselves and don’t give ourselves enough credit for anything we’ve accomplished, and i know we’re not the only two that feel this way.
If you’re feeling this way to, just remember that you’re doing your best, and If you aren’t then hopefully you’re trying to. Life is hard, and no one told us how hard it was when growing up. But the only option we have is to better ourself each and every day.
It’s okay to be scared. Take those chances because they will most likely be the best decisions of your life.
And remember, success isn’t a race.
Dropping everything and moving to the west coast ASAP… whose with me?
It’s nooner time 🤪
The thing that most people don’t realize when it comes to fitness is it’s a lot more than just working out and eating well.
You need to let go of stressors, sleep better, focus on your mental health and listen to what your body wants.
Stress plays a big role in loosing weight. Not sleeping plays a big role in loosing weight. Having bad mental health has a big role in loosing weight…. You see the pattern I’m assuming.
To reach your fitness goal you need to work on your overall self, not just working out and eating right.
If you want to make a permanent change, do things that benefit your whole body: mind, soul and body.
Just know, I’m proud of you. I’m proud of you for working hard even when you don’t want to 🤍
Mood when someone tells me they are eating less than 1200 calories and when I realize they’re serious 🥴🤯
