It's a biggest myth .
Rice is a amazing food which contains minerals .
Yes, ofcourse it contains higher amount of carbohydrates so it should be taken in moderation then there is no fear of weight gain.
Even healthy foods should be taken in moderation.
❤️You must eat rice with a spoon of ghee so that it breaks down the sugar present in rice .( ghee will provide you essential fatty acids).
Now let's talk about brown rice -
What is brown rice?
- Brown rice is a whole grain ,there is no process done of removing outer layer so it contains more nutritions.
Calories in 100 gram cooked white rice and brown rice is
130 in white.
112 in brown rice .for all other nutrition facts.

1.apple Cider vinegar (ACV)
- mix ACV with equal parts of water and apply on dark patches and leave for 2-4 minutes
- Apply it two times in a week.

2. aloe vera gel
- use it before bed time and wash your face next morning
- do this until you see the results.

3. Red lentils paste ( masoor daal)
- soak lentils over night.
- make smooth paste and add kasturi manjal ( wild turmeric )I personally prefer .
- apply on your face and leave it on for 20 min.

A typical Indian meal is incomplete without roti and rice.
But there is a big debat ,which one is more healthier??

However, the truth is that both rice and roti have almost the same effect when it comes to body's fat content.
🌱Rice and roti have similar carbohydrates and calorific value.
🌱The glycaemic index is similar in rice and roti, which means they regulate the blood pressure of the body in the same manner.
🌱Both rice and roti contain the same amount of iron.
SO WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE
🟢Roti has higher level of dietary fibre than rice, so it keeps stomach full for a longer time.
🟢Rice has more starch in it, hence is easier to digest.
🟢Rice provides a higher degree of folate, a water-soluble B-vitamin, than a whole wheat roti.
🟢Roti is richer in most of the minerals like potassium, magnesium, sodium, proteins and calcium..
🟢 Sodium value in roti is higher than rice so if you want reduce sodium then knock off roti

In both adults and children, the intake of free sugars should be reduced to less than 10% of total energy intake .
✳️ A reduction to less than 5% of total energy intake would provide additional health benefits .

Consuming free sugars increases the risk of dental caries (tooth decay). Excess calories from foods and drinks high in free sugars also contribute to unhealthy weight gain, which can lead to overweight and obesity. It is not even good for your cardiovascular system.

Sugars intake can be reduced by:

✳️limiting the consumption of foods and drinks containing high amounts of sugars, such as sugary snacks, candies and sugar-sweetened beverages (i.e. all types of beverages containing free sugars – these include carbonated or non‐carbonated soft drinks, fruit or vegetable juices and drinks, liquid and powder concentrates, flavoured water, energy and sports drinks, ready‐to‐drink tea, ready‐to‐drink coffee and flavoured milk drinks).
✳️eating fresh fruit and raw vegetables as snacks instead of sugary snacks.

All about Fats.

Reducing the amount of total fat intake to less than 30% of total calories intake helps to prevent unhealthy weight gain.

reducing saturated fats to less than 10% of total energy intake.
reducing trans-fats to less than 1% of total energy intake and
replacing both saturated fats and trans-fats with unsaturated fats – in particular, with polyunsaturated fats.
Fat intake, especially saturated fat and industrially-produced trans-fat intake, can be reduced by:

✳️steaming or boiling instead of frying when cooking;
✳️replacing butter, lard with oils rich in polyunsaturated fats, such as soybean, canola (rapeseed), corn, safflower and sunflower oils and you can include ghee .
✳️eating reduced-fat dairy foods and lean meats, or trimming visible fat from meat.
✳️limiting the consumption of baked and fried foods, and pre-packaged snacks and foods (e.g. doughnuts, cakes, pies, cookies, biscuits and wafers) that contain industrially-produced trans-fats. Eat in moderation .

By following this you can reduce heart disease.

Examples of different fats 👇
✳️Unsaturated fats (found in fish, avocado and nuts, and in sunflower, soybean, canola and olive oils) are preferable to saturated fats (found in fatty meat, butter, palm and coconut oil, cream, cheese, ghee and lard).
✳️ trans-fats of all kinds, including both industrially-produced trans-fats (found in baked and fried foods, and pre-packaged snacks and foods, such as frozen pizza, pies, cookies, biscuits, wafers, and cooking oils and spreads) and ruminant trans-fats (found in meat and dairy foods from ruminant animals, such as cows, sheep, goats and camels).
✳️It is suggested that the intake of saturated fats be reduced to less than 10% of total energy intake and trans-fats to less than 1% of total energy intake( it means calories you consume) .✳️

Difference Between regular pasta and whole wheat pasta .

Regular pasta- white pasta is made of refined carbs, meaning it has been stripped of many nutrients during its processing.

Weight loss is all about mindset ..how you focus on your goals.
If you feel without going to gym it's not possible to be fit ..big myth.
Gym is just 30% part of this journey rest of 70% is about diet it means .
Many of you ask me how lose weight in few days .I really never suggest this because it has bad consequences. Slow and steady wins the race.
♥️ Few key points for beginners:-
1. Drink atleast 3 lit water.

2. Eat more protein.

3. Do not take sugar replace it with
jaggery/dates/honey.
4. Take light dinner and mind the portions.

5. Walk for atleast 45 minutes or workout for 30/45/60 minutes . gradually increase time.

6. Eat junk food once in 20 days in moderation.(for mind satisfaction).

7. Have healthy breakfast like oats /peanut butter and bread / omelette bread / banana smoothie/ any other healthy smoothie/ poha /less oil upma.
8. Add green tea in your diet .

9. Start your day with detox water (any).

10. Do not give excuses and stay consistent .

11. Do this for 3 week ,and it will become your habit I promise 😊

Now here is the solution:
Many girls/boys are skinny which means underweight .reason behind skinny is their metabolism is very fast in such condition it is very hard to gain weight but NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE
Try this out👇
Healthy Weight Gain😍

Increase your caloric intakes by about 500 to 1000 Calories per day. Extra 500 Calories/day will help you gain up to one pound in one week.

Eat frequently – Eat your three main meal (breakfast, lunch Dinner) spaced about 5 hours apart. In addition eat two to three snacks a day in between meals.

Snacks should be of high calorie such as milk shakes, yogurt, high carbohydrate food- banana.

Eat more complex carbohydrates like whole-grain breads, pasta and Brown Rice etc.

Never skip your breakfast. Include one eggs and fruit juice to your breakfast.

Eat bigger than normal portions for your regular meals.

Eat food with higher calories, Moderate fats, Higher Protein, Higher Fiber, Higher nutrition.

Choose high-quality protein sources such as eggs, meat, fish, milk, seeds, protein supplements etc. Your body needs 0.8gm/body-weight (kg)/day of protein to build new muscle.

Since most of the calories for weight gain come from carbohydrates and fats, do not replace them with protein.

Eat starchy vegetables (Potatoes, Peas, Cauliflower, Pumpkin, Sweet potatoes). Consume nuts, calorie dense ripe fruits like Banana, dried fruits like dates as snack between meals.

Eat the right kinds of fats. Avoid Transfats. Add healthy unsaturated fats in moderation such as olive and canola oil, nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados to your diet.

Do not drink water before meals. After meals, wait about 10 minutes before drinking water.

Beverages can help you gain a weight too. If it is possible, drink shakes, milk, juice, etc. instead of tea, coffee and diet sodas.

Do 30 minutes of resistance training. Weight training helps to convert the extra calories into muscle, hence add some extra pounds to your body.

Do some compound movements like body-weight squat, push-ups, row or deadlift.

Finally made this quinoa Pudding ,you can replace quinoa by suji (semolina).
Just note quinoa takes lil bit time to get softer.

Many of you asked me question about Green tea as I always suggest green tea in normal routine.
❓But question is when ???
What is the best time to drink green tea .
Many people drink it right after lunch or dinner which is absurd way of consuming green tea .
➡️People who are doing this please stop it as this habit will not let absorb iron in your body from your food .🙄.
❓If you have it empty stomach then it will make your stomach upset ,it contains polyphenols which increase stomach acid.

So best time to have it is
▫️ In the morning around 10-11 .
▫️ You can have between two meals like two hours before or after lunch.
▫️ Drink before excercise.

ENERGY BALLS💛
I TRIED once and I am in love with .it is a perfect combination of protein, carbohydrates,and healthy fats.
It is a very good option to make it at home rather than buying from market.
Nutrition facts:
▫️ Calories - 175 per piece.
▫️ Protein - 12 gram.
▫️ Carb - 20.
▫️ Fiber - 3 gram.
▫️ Fat - 5 grams.
INGREDIENTS-
▫️oats 225 gram.
▫️ 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds.
▫️ Deseeded dates 150 grams.
▫️ Skim milk 200 ml.
▫️ Chopped almonds ▫️ Protein Powder 4-5 scoop (whey chocolate flavour would be a better choice )
▫️ Shredded coconut for coating.
Procedure- ▫️ Take a big bowl and add oats ,pumpkin seeds, almond, protein powder in a bowl.
▫️ Prepare another mixture of dates and milk in mixer and add it in a bowl .
▫️ Mix it very well and refrigerate it for 2 hours .
▫️ Prepare energy balls and coat it with coconut powder.
