The power of words! 10 days into the unofficial new year, and whew the great merge to purge has been intense! But you are moving along the path, trusting that you are being guided by ancestors, god and higher self. In the midst of it all call back your energy as people, energies and even emotions are being removed from your system. They no longer fit (think about as a kid when you had a growth spurt and clothes were too small). Allow what was to be released, claim your energy back, by speaking this outloud with conviction and inner knowing that you are absorbing your power back into your vessel. Engage in this more deeply by way of meditation.
