Hello, friends!!!

We have a hard update for you today.

After nearly 100 episodes, we have decided to end our podcasting journey. Not a break, we are officially ending Two Chicks with a Podcast.

As sad as we are to end something we’ve enjoyed so much, we’re also grateful for what our podcasting journey has done. It brought together two friends who hadn’t seen each other in years, it brought joy to our listeners, and it brought us a sense of purpose in times where we felt lost.

Being moms with young kiddos, life and work gets pretty busy. We just don’t have it in us to pour into the podcast like we would wish to. We will still be leaving all of our episodes up, but we will not be releasing anymore episodes.

We feel so proud of what we did accomplish and so grateful for everyone of you for supporting us.

We love you all. 🤍

It’s Unsolved Mysteries week and boy do we have a lot for you today! We start out with a little game and discussion of Cleveland's Balloon Disaster before jumping into our main stories.

Then, Emma tells us a story set in the 1800’s, when a ship is discovered unmanned in the middle of the ocean. There are no obvious sign of distress, but a lifeboat was deployed. The question is, what happened to it’s passengers?

Next, Jordan brings us to the 1980’s where teen beauty queen Tammy Lynn Leppert is on her way to stardom. But one fateful night in 1983 will change EVERYTHING!

We love bringing you True Crime content, and we’ve enjoyed True Crime podcasts for years now, but the responsibility of sharing these stories is a great one. We want to do it well. We will be moving forward with our Tuesday episodes, but in a format that feels much more respectful to us. We’re calling it our “ethical true crime podcasting.” We hope you enjoy the change, and still come hang out with us on Fridays where we will be our normal, goofy selves.
