Yoga & earthing 🌞🌴🧘♀️
Earthing is a simple daily practice that requires little effort but has SO many benefits.
What is earthing or grounding? It is a simple routine of walking barefoot outdoors!
It reduces inflammation, pain, stress. It improves sleep! It is extremely self soothing!
I encourage you to go for a prayer walk today. I guarantee you will feel amazing🤍

Here are a few at home props that can spice up your workout!
All you truly need is yourself, a good playlist, and a mat!
I’ve been eyeing the for a more sustainable mat but for the moment I have my old lululemon mat.
Buy yourself a set of light weights/ankle weights (1-2 lbs). Weights always add a little extra burn to an already juicy workout!
Sliders are a great additive to your at home gym but you can always substitute a tea towel and you’ll get the same results!
Resistance bands are a must have for me.
And finally, a Pilates ball.

Baked Oatmeal
EASY MEAL PREP DISH
At the end of a week we typically have bananas and berries that are on their way out 🗑️. Instead of wasting I’ll often make this breakfast dish that is DELICIOUS & extremely healthy. It is super easy to make and clean up! Mix & bake in the same dish, how great?! It is loaded with healthy fats that will keep you full & feel energized for your day. One last added plus, your house will smell insanely good. Enjoy 😊💛
Directions
- set oven to 350 degrees
- Spray pan (11x8) with cooking spray
- Mix ingredients together
- Pour in baking dish
- Bake 35 minutes or until center is cooked through
- Drizzle with peanut butter
- Top with yogurt or eat plain🥣
Ingredients
- 1-2 mashed brown bananas 🍌
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs milled flax
- 2 eggs🥚
- 1/2-1 cup of blueberries 🫐
- 1 3/4 cup of almond milk or your preferred milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 🥥
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
