To figure out what it takes for a successful collaboration between corporates & startups, & understanding common pitfalls, set us on a journey that led us to speak with many corporate innovation executives & founders from the fastest growing startups in the world.

In this process, we noticed a few patterns emerging, but also saw that many of even the best collaborations either lacked clear frameworks or shared mindsets to assist effective partnerships with respect to external innovation.
