Affirmation Tapping⭐️
How to tap positive Affirmations
🌟EFT/ Tapping is a self help energy healing tool that can help eliminate stress, anxiety, food cravings, help you build confidence and self love and much more.
💜When we tap an affirmation, just notice what resistance comes up, it could be emotions or thoughts or memories, but just tap and release the energy.
Then begin tapping very gently, on the following points whilst repeating the affirmation. Tap on each point about 8 times and repeat the affirmation.
⭐️Side of Hand - side of the hand on the fleshy part. Repeat affirmation.

When we are wanting to achieve our goals or make changes in our lives, we make our decision of what we want, we know what we DON’T want, so we try and make the changes by being positive and conscious about what we are doing.
But then after a few days or weeks we find ourselves back to square one.
The same old pattern of self sabotage.
When we heal our past trauma, our beliefs our self worth and resistance we begin to automatically allow the changes in our lives to happen.

Oestrogen is associated with the reproductive system. It plays a key role in the menstrual cycle, and has many other functions, and it allows receptors in your body to utilise serotonin, which is important for feel good and emotional well-being. Low Oestrogen, can also cause hot flushes, mood swings, irregular periods, muscle and joint pain and more.
💫 2 - Progestogen
Progesterone is connected to oestrogen and can become imbalanced. It has an anti-anxiety effect as it helps to metabolise and produce a calming affect and it can help you fall asleep faster when it is balanced.
💫 3 - Testosterone
Testosterone plays an important part in male and females health. Low levels can also affect sleep.
💫 4 - Insulin
This important hormone is produced in the pancreas and it helps to regulate the bodies sugar levels derived from food.

💫 5 - Cortisol & Melatonin
Cortisol is a stress hormone that regulates metabolism and reduces inflammation. When cortisol is raised, it raises your blood sugar level and blood pressure ready for activity. Throughout the day Melatonin is released as cortisol gradually declines.
Melatonin is the sleep hormone, it is created by the pineal gland and works with cortisol. Levels of cortisol are what causes Melatonin to become out of balance. The fight or flight responses trigger cortisol and lower levels of Melatonin and in turn, affecting sleep patterns.
💫 6 - Thyroid
The last hormones that can affect sleep are connected to the thyroid gland. The Thyroid gland creates, 2 hormones, Thyroxine and triiodothyronine.
These 2 hormones help regulate metabolic rate, digestive function and brain development.

A Heart wall is made up of suppressed emotions that were caused by traumatic events, hurtful and painful experiences, that may have happened. These emotions can build up and then create an energetic wall around your heart.
Although this wall can protect you from being hurt anymore, it can also prevent you from giving and receiving love, block you from forming relationships and lead to loneliness and feelings of isolation.
It can stop you from living life to the full, as your subconscious will block you from doing things, and feeling happy and joyful, just to keep you safe.
But this creates unhappiness and fear and anxiety within you and can stop you from loving yourself and others fully, this can then drive you to search for outer needs.
When the heart wall is released, you can feel lighter, more energetic, have less cravings and feel more positive in life.

When we have the feelings of desperation and panic to lose weight, it sends us into ‘flight’ mode.
We believe that it is going to be this time, it’s going to happen, “I feel so motivated and I can do this”.
The panic is driving us to be strict with ourselves and we can have the willpower to eat healthily and exercise.
Each day can get tougher and tougher and temptation is put in front of us, making us feel weak and reminding us of other times we have failed.
Then “oops” eaten that whole bag of crisps or biscuits.
We keep trying to get back on track, but more emotions and sabotage kicks in.
Sending us back into a spiral of emotional eating and feeling more disappointed in ourselves than before.
But when we begin to heal the emotions that are driving us to eat, we can gradually change our relationship with food.
Food doesn’t have that control over us anymore.
We begin to feel better and more love for ourselves, making it easier to choose healthier food choices, naturally.

💫I struggled with emotional eating throughout my adult life. This was originally created from programs I was taught when growing up and then by many different diets that I tried, which worked short term, but then I always ended up back where I was in the first place.
💫There were other issues too from events that happened, which contributed.
🌻But I have worked through issues with a combination of energy healing techniques and my relationship with food has completely changed.
💕This is why I am passionate about helping others heal from this too.

Tune into your body and ask what it needs…
Is it rest, food, water, fresh air, laughter…
Check in with yourself every so often🤍
Do I have trapped emotions?
If you notice yourself getting triggered by what someone says to you or a certain situation. If it suddenly changes your mood or brings up negative emotions, then this is a sure sign that you have unprocessed emotions.
This can just happen every so often, but if you find it’s happening daily and a few times each day, it may be good to start journaling what is triggering you.
Is it a certain person, do they remind you of someone or are you noticing memories coming up?
Write them in your journal and even by acknowledging the emotions you are feeling and finding out the reason why, it can help you become calmer the next time it happens.
Although sometimes it can be very deep rooted issues that are creating anxious feelings and it begins to happen more often.
These triggers usually stem back to negative events that happen in our lives, we can feel a negative emotion, but if our body doesn’t process the emotion at the time, it becomes trapped.
This is where Emotion Code and Body Code can find out what the trigger is, what emotion was trapped, when and where it is in your body!
Once the emotion is found. It can be released easily.
By letting go of these trapped energies. It allows your body and your mind to feel so much calmer🌻
Anxiety is your body trying to tell you that something needs your attention.
Most of the time it is just a little voice that lets us know when there is a little danger ahead or you need to be alert for something.
But when you are in a constant state of overwhelm and feelings of anxiety, it can begin to take over your life and it can be exhausting and a very unhealthy way of living.
If you find that you are getting anxious most days, it would be a good idea to start curiously asking yourself what it is that is causing it.
It may be that:
You are in an unhealthy relationship, or job.
You aren’t aligned with your purpose in life.
You are bottling up and storing your negative emotions.
Your needs aren’t being met, not enough love or care.
Your core beliefs are creating unease in your life.
Or you may have past traumas that need healing.
When we become out of balance in our lives with certain areas or have had traumatic experiences, it can begin to take its toll on our bodies and we can then become anxious and even very unwell.
It can sometimes feel easier to just ignore these feelings or suppress them even more with food or other means but this can end up causing more issues.
With so many things in life now being virtual, looking after our well-being is even easier with distant healing services.
Healing can be received wherever you are in the world, whilst you are going about your day💫
Remote healing is a way of receiving energy healing without the person having be present when the clearing is done.
Similar to a TV, radio and mobile phone that can magically send and receive information, humans and animal are connected energetically and can receive healing in the same way, without the practitioner even being there.
An energy healing practitioner can connect to a client anywhere in the world, by using intention and having permission, then a healing session can be completed.
With all the imbalances, energies and beliefs that are released and corrected, they are then recorded in a full report.
So although this sounds slightly strange, it is an amazing way to receive healing.
