Sometimes people think I'm intuitive, because I check to see how they're doing on a day when there are solar flares popping off the sun or a solar storm is affecting the earth.
Intuitive might be that I notice how I feel and know its solar related.. But even that is just my body telling me that I'm getting hit with plasma pressure that I've learned to recognize.
Days like today and a few days around it, you might feel more anxious, have heart palpitations, teeth feel sensitive, blood pressure, headaches, nausea.
Follow spaceweather on twitter. You will probably find a correlation when you get an alert and are feeling a little off for no apparent reason.
After a while, you might notice your teeth feel strange and then you make the connection that the sun is popping off a solar flare.
The protons we get affected by are oxidizers and dehydrators. To hydrate is related to Hydrogen. Hydrogen gives us more elctrons. This stops the protons from the suns storm. So drink more water and eat antioxidant live foods like blueberries. 🫐

Why do I like to teach people how to see auras?
Seeing is believing.
When I teach how to feel and move energy, you may feel your toes tingle and energy move while I assist you in unwinding the stuck energy patterns in your mind/body, but many tend to not totally trust that a feeling is real,..at first.
Subtle feelings are easy to forget, because you can't scoop it up on your hands and take an instagram picture of it.
Seeing auras is normal for me, but I know its still awesome. It's even more awesome when you first learn it because its new.
We have been led to believe these skills are mystical and for only certain people. Its not true. Everyone can see auras and feel energy.
This class will change the way you, literally, see the world.

Yesterday was the first time I worked at a . It was . It's a treat and a blessing for me to be able to quickly shift people's states of consciousness in just a few minutes. Some wondered how it could be done in 5 minutes. Massive Shifts in consciousness can happen at any time in one moment or 5 minutes. A shift might be going from relaxed to springing to action to save an animal from a car speeding towards it. -That's a fast shift. Or it can be a series or realizations and awakenings.
Or someone can access your energy field and brainwaves frequency to make it coherent and bring you back to the you are are meant to be.
Although a full session takes about an hour, accessing brainwaves and your consciousness that resides within you and above your heads (crown) that is waiting for the right opening to get in is very simple to do. They're telling you not to trust her intuition.
What they should be saying is to learn to properly communicate with your intuition and gut, so you can use your abilities and gifts when you need them.
