Late post but my main squeeze hit 88,888 a couple weeks ago. I do hear a bit of lifter noise or clattering occasionally. I topped off the oil and it went away. I need to start saving up for the timing chain service to avoid catastrophic damage to the engine. Otherwise, she rides like a dream with no check engine lights or warnings.

US/Mexico border fence was pretty cool to check out.

Thankful for my dad who was by my side the whole time on this rescue mission. He took extra care of my buddies Jeep while I got the Rover down the mountain.

So thankful I was able to swap my blown air strut on the trail with the help of and thanks to .fishn.cookn for letting me borrow your rubi to get back up the trail.

Air suspension failure on a challenging trail is the worst scenario that can happen to any Range Rover! Had to leave her on the trail overnight while I figure out how to get her back down. This is the only downfall to these fine vehicles. Yes they are trail worthy but the airbags aren't bulletproof. Stay tuned......she might have to get dragged out. 😔

Sand dunes are just as fun as dirt trails.

I've been waiting a long time to find an OEM headlight with AFS (adaptive front-lighting system). I didn't want the aftermarket new Magneti's and installed on genuine parts. Thank you !!

AC/Air blower not working.
DAY 1: Test Blower motor resistor and advise.
Blower motor resistor is good. Bad news is I have to replace blower motor which is located in the heart of the dash. This will be a lengthy and time consuming task. Not really any you tube videos out there to help on this one so I'll try to document as much as I can. And I'm going to try and do it with removing as few parts as possible. I've seen posts that suggest tearing down the entire dash and hoping I can take some shortcuts. Stay tuned!

Today I said goodbye to one of my favorite L322's and said hello to some nice people from my hometown Los Angeles. Nara Bronze is truly one of my favorite colors on this body style. Congratulations to Ray & Erica and welcome to the Land Rover family!

Borrowed my buddies trailer and now I'm thinking I need one too. Maybe a future overland trailer project??? But I would definitely switch out the Jeep Rims for Land Rover rims.

I love cars & coffee & my wife's cakes! I was at the Apffels Coffee factory behind the scenes of supporting my wife's cake business Isla de Milania Bakery . The experience was really cool and we even got a chance to visit Bakersbodega Express . And I was wearing my favorite shirt from .fishn.cookn

Took the family to the beach this weekend to hang with some friends. 2 adults 3 kids (2 car seats)....all our beach gear, cooler, bikes and scooters. It was tight but we made it work.
