Today I honor my daddy’s birthday 🥳 he would have been 75 today. There are no words that can do justice to the lessons he taught me or the love he showed me. I honor him by living life to the fullest! He is my rock and inspiration. My good judgment when I want to find instant justice. He is the calm to my storm. I carry him with me everyday. I love you dad! 🤟🏼forever

Always up for a new adventure and today it was goat 🐐 yoga besides the cut little goats dressed for Halloween 🎃 we had an amazing yoga instructor. We actually did yoga, learned new poses and most of all had fun with friends! I will do it again!
