I must say that we had an overwhelming network of support with Mom and I’m so grateful to all who contributed to easing our overwhelming pain and grief. Prayers is an amazing thing!

Just came from the doctor who told me, ′′There's no more to do. There are only two options, to keep him asleep until his body collapses, or give him morphine to calm his pains." My world collapsed and I didn't know how to break the news. I walked into his room and he smiled at me. (I had red and swollen eyes from so much crying) And he said, "Don't cry, I understand it's the end, but there's no reason to be sad." He held my hand and I immediately hugged him. ′′Don't worry. This is part of life and you have to understand that we're all passing through.′′ (all the while I cried like a child who can't be comforted). When I caught my breath They told us the options and we opted for morphine to keep him comfortable as long as he was with us which was for a few more days. The next days we talked and listened to music with him ... In the early morning around 5am he passed.
During the most difficult times is when we find who the "true friends" or at least the people who really appreciate you are. Unfortunately most friendships abandon you and only send you ′′good vibes" but from afar... I decided to post this message in support of a very special person to me who fought firmly and with good energy. They taught me to live every day like it's the best day! Now I'm looking at those who will have time to read this post until the very end. This is a little test to see who in fact read this and who shares it unread. If you read everything, select like so I can put a thank you on your profile. Cancer is very invasive and destructive to our body. Even after the fight, healing is a very long process. Please copy and paste this in honor of someone who has died, is still fighting, is in remission, or has won the battle and is now cancer free. Everyone says, "If you need anything, don't hesitate I'll be there for you." So I'm going to do a challenge, I think less than half of my friends are going to put this on their wall. Just copy (not share). I want to know who I can count on. As soon as you do, write DONE in the comments. Cancer has affected us all in some way, whether it's a family member or a friend. We miss you and we love you always and forever!!

DONE
