Good morning and happy Monday!! Below you will find this week’s menu. Pickups will still be set for Friday as much as possible and Saturday as needed. I will have a little more time on Friday because my kids don’t have school. So I’m hoping to have orders ready as early as 2 pm. 🤞 I do have some plans Friday evening so I will only be available until about 5:30-6 at the latest.

Meal 1- Lemon pepper tilapia with brown rice and broccoli. Calories-225 Carbs-34g Fat-3g Protein-26g
Meal 2- Protein pasta with homemade turkey meatballs and low carb tomato sauce. Served with mozzarella cheese to top it off and zucchini. Calories-365 Carbs-44g Fat-5g Protein-40g
Meal 3- Chicken breast smothered with cream cheese and bacon with red potatoes and green beans. Calories-375 Carbs-16g Fat-20g Protein-29g
Meal 4- Chicken & broccoli stir fry served with brown rice. Calories-300 Carbs-30g Fat-10g Protein-29g

Meals will still be $45 for the 5 meal package or $85 for 10 meals.

Breakfast option- egg white muffins: contains egg whites, spinach, turkey sausage. With or without cheese. Calories- 110 per 2 muffins Carbs-2g Fat-4g Protein-16g. 2 for $3

Sweet treat! Chocolate peanut butter balls. Sorry I don’t have calories on this one. Just know it does contain sugar and is not a low carb food but they are delicious! 3 balls for $2.50

Here is what this weeks meals looked like once completed! Top left-salmon,brown rice, & green beans. Bottom left-chicken & brocc casserole with red potatoes. Top right- chicken fajitas with bell pepper & onions with black beans. Bottom right- Mexican casserole (seasoned ground turkey) with black beans.

Thanks everyone that accepted invites to this page! I just wanted to post about how my prep will work. Always feel free to reach out to me with any questions!

I will be offering 2 sizes of meal packages. There will be a 5 meal package for $45 or a 10 meal package for $85. I have been price checking other people who meal prep and I feel like for me just starting out this is fair pricing. I may offer some sources of protein that can cost more sometimes so pricing could slightly change depending on when I offer those items.

Each Monday I will post a menu. It will have 4-5 meal choices. I will include an approximate number of calories and macros when I post the menu for those of you that are mindful of those things. I will need all orders to me by Wednesday 9 pm that way I have time to get all my ingredients ready to start cooking! Orders will need to be picked up on Friday evenings or Saturday mornings. I can try and be flexible with this time but my kids do have activities on the weekend so just let me know.

A couple of people asked me about offering sweets. I can do that from time to time just know they probably won’t be healthy! I am looking into some healthy sweet options so as I try them out myself I may sell those as well. Meals will consist of a protein, veggie, and some kind of carb. I will swap things out on my menu each week. If I serve a veggie as a side that’s not like mixed in with something else I probably won’t season much just because I don’t want to over salt someone else’s food so just be aware of that. Majority of my veggies will either be steamed or cooked in the air fryer.
