I have found the best way to celebrate successfully completing another class 🙌for my Marketing Degree 📓🎓is with a Sugar Free Caramel Macchiato with a couple pumps of sugar free chocolate Mac!! ☕️

Marketing Management class passed with flying colors 🥇Taking the rest of the day to prepare for my next class! Principles of Management!

So grateful for a Hubby who supports even my wildest dreams 😘👩‍❤️‍👨

No matter where you are in life please know that you can do hard things and I believe in YOU! ✨✨✨

When you a busy “mom”preneur and you went back to school 🏫 📓you find time where/when you can to study! 📚Even if it means sitting outside the store waiting for it to open! 🔓🏬

Dropping off little LuLu at the shelter vet to get fixed! So happy we got to do the foster to adopt program with the city of Fort Worth. She has become such a blessing in the week or so that she came to us. I don’t think it would be possible to give her up! 🐶

Listen, the city of Fort Worth Shelters are over capacity so please take some time and come visit all these lovely pups 🐶 and kitties 🐈‍⬛ that need fostering and adopting! You will not be disappointed in giving of yourself and your time to love of these animals.

P.S. they are always in need of volunteers 🥰

Even though I forgot my waist belt, and forgot to charge my Fitbit I had an amazing post vacation workout! Brought my shower bag because it’s off to the market I go and lo and behold I forgot my makeup bag! Thankful I had a little lipstick in my purse 🙋‍♀️💄 Don’t forget to let your light shine and your sparkle glow wherever you go and whatever you do today!! Remember YOU are an amazing work of art!!

As my health is slowly improving I am finally feeling well enough to travel to Tennessee to see my Mom and Dad and my Sister! Taking a long week to get my head on straight then it’s back to the for me! Can’t wait to start making facial appointments with new friends 🥰❤️

Another day at the gym done ✅. Today was a struggle but I did it anyway! Sometimes just showing up and getting it done is a win 🏆

Starting my week off right!

Today is the first full day of my journey to get rid of whatever is holding me back
- [ ] Poor health (thank you pneumonia 🙄)
- [ ] Poor food choices
- [ ] Poor focus 😣
- [ ] And “fill in the blank”

It actually felt wonderful to once again get up before the sun ☀️ and toss on my gym clothes!

Made my first liver positive smoothie and -wow- it tastes amazing 🤩 it’s full of good stuff
*bananas
*celery
*dragon fruit
*blueberries
*chia seeds
*half a lemon
*a radish
*coconut water 🥥 💦

For the rest of the day it’s all about those yummy yummy veg!!! 🥕 🍅 🥦 🥑🥬🫑🧅

Now it’s time to get my sweat on at the gym.

✅A bit of cardio for my heart ❤️ ✅a little weight lifting 🏋️‍♀️ for my muscles
✅a little stretching 🙆‍♀️ for my flexibility
✅and a touch of infrared therapy 😍
✅and then to spend a little time with Jesus

It is a beautiful day for a CT scan 🌅 The hardest part about waiting to GET my CT scan is the fact that I haven’t had anything to eat or drink since 9pm yesterday. I could really use an egg McMuffin 😂. I have made the decision to not stress the fact that my appointment was at 7am and I’m still sitting in registration ☺️. This is something out of my personal control therefore I will not stress. I will use this time to log into MK University and grow my brain!

Date night at the American Airlines Center! I’ve wanted to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra for so long!! Happy Christmas to me from my main squeeze!

Met my Director Lisa Brown for coffee this morning! So grateful for her!!! I really needed an infusion of pink sparkle 💖 Met a girl named Rachel who is an AMAZING YOUNG LADY!!!! Now I’m off to deliver some Mary Kay goodies to a dear friend! Who else needs a ?? ❤️attack

God is SO good!! I completed my first full week of cardiac rehab and I am working exhausted but I already feel small improvements!! I can not wait to see how I change my thinking over the next few months!! If you are struggling with ANYTHING there is no day like TODAY and no better time that NOW to make some changes! I want you to be the very best version of you! Why?! Because I love 💕 and care about you and pray for you on the daily!!

Successfully completed another cardiac rehab appointment!! Headed out to do a small bit of marketing! First time in 3 weeks 💕 feels good to be driving again!!!!

Swim meets are a whole lotta waiting lol

Well yesterday was my “stentoversary” lol. Today my wonderful hubby took me over to see the girls at and made me feel almost normal with a shampoo and condition followed by a fabulous blow out!! I was reminded once again how amazing and powerful God is and how blessed I am to be alive! Tonight I am doing an unboxing on my wonderful new goodies from can’t wait to share all the wonderful beauties with y’all!!

What is a Widow Maker?

I really had no idea until a couple days ago. Now I know.

I woke up on Thursday morning with absolutely no idea of what was in store for me that day.

I successfully had my b***s squished and my bones scanned. Made an awesome breakfast of bacon and eggs. Working on prepping for my Mary Kay winter product preview for my VIP customers (ask me how you can get in on THAT!)

The next thing I know I’m burning up and on the floor in the living room struggling to breathe telling the hubby to please call 911.

Came to find out I was having a “widow maker” heart attack. 100% occlusion of the LAD. I know lots of big words for a blood clot stopped my heart from getting oxygen.

It’s really amazing the things that go through your head when you here the EMT’s talking and you understand what they are saying.

I had such a feeling of peace it was almost surreal. I KNOW my final destination once I leave this earthly realm. Then I realized that God has put me on earth to accomplish a certain number of things and since I’m so far behind he sent me back to get the job done 😂. Besides all my kids threatened me to get better and get home 🤣 most of them are boys so logic isn’t their strong suit!

So my hubby broke me out of the hospital yesterday and I got to sleep in my own bed last night!

I’m bummed I’m going to miss my Mary Kay conference in WI next weekend but I’m above ground and vertical so it’s all good!

There is so much more I want to say about my adventures so I think I will start a blog instead of clogging up Facebook. lol

Time to go for a short walk to the end of the street and back and drink some more water. 😄
