Make your chai ur health companion

Never start ur day straight with cup of tea/coffee/blackcoffee

Always get a gap of 1-2 hrs after breakfast.

Chai is never a replacement of any meal.

Make your chai with full fat milk..DO NOT use any whiteners, low fat packet milk.

Add a piece of DAAR CHEENI/GINGER

If u cannot take it without sugar..its fine...do add Shakar and enjoy..(better not to take white sugar)
