Haven't posted in awhile .
Went off healthy eating for 2 and half months now .
Keith baked threw the holidays so yes my weight has gone up a bit.
So First day of new year starting fresh.

Yes that's right took some time away from the keto diet and have put some back on.
Hitting it hard this week getting my will power up to reloose the extra and 20 more. Wish me luck
It is not easy to eat healthy and get fit specially when a bizzy single mom But so worth it.

At 170 from 214
Have had a few sets backs but back on track now .
I know few days early
Well kinda been stuck bouncing
170 to 173 .
Took the weekend off then starting fresh recalculating what I need to do for a fresh start.
Back on track yesterday course today I'm a little under weather due to keto flu but it will pass. Scale said 169 this morning .
I'm pretty active with running after the kid and the farm but need to get some weight training and work some more on cardio .
Friend Terry gave me some ketone so drank that today and feel little better.
But we are back on track working hard at it. It's not easy at all but I'm determined to hit that 150 goal. Hopefully some weight loss pic update on the 11th.
I didn't take any this month since I stalled out a little bit witch happens.
Keep up the work all we can do this.

Well here we are
Only down to 173.
After it took me 5 weeks to stop coughing from my cold and a little depression slump.
Didn't loose much but I'm back on track now .
Back on work outs and diet right.
I can do this 20 more to go.
Need that belly gone.
Last 4 weeks been a little slow didnt get a chance to work out as much. And a bad respiratory cold put a damper in things
But official weight at 16 weeks in is 175 #

I try not to supplement with to much as most the so called healthy for you stuff can be just as bad for you.
I'm trying to do it clean witch is very hard and boring but works.
I do supplement with these shakes for breaksfat and a I do use a low carb protien bar for a snack that's about it . Rest is all clean foods.

Here is is 12 weeks in down 34 pounds
On the scales today taught i was crazy so got on them 6x .
Down to 180 now from 214.
Gotta work on that gut yet.
Not as good as the week before but we are kicking it up a bit this week.

I use the ones with no caffeine to much caffeine sets off my anxiety real bad lol
But these are so good specially if get tired of just plan water
