INDGRIDIENTS FOR MOMOS
For shell:
1. Maida 1cup
2. Water as per needed
3. A pinch of salt
For the chicken filler:
1. Chicken 1cup
2. Soy sauce 1tbs
3. Black pepper 1/2ts
4.Green chillies as per taste
5. Hot oil (unflavoured)
6. Ginger paste 1ts
7. Garlic paste 1ts
