Actually they've been back for a month but we hadn't been very good at promoting them 😅.

A little bit info on one of our tropical flavours - mango! 🥭

We always use fresh fruit (mangga susu in this case) in our second fermentation, 2F. Fully riped, mangga susu appearance is golden yellow. Taste-wise, often sweet & fragrant. Commonly sourced from Kedah and Perlis, it is readily available in many fruit shops.

We slice and dice the mango into smaller pieces and ferment them together with kombucha and friend for about 2 days (before explosion✴) at room temperature.

End product: Sweet & sour, golden coloured kombucha with a delightful mango taste 🥭

For ages we've been asked whether we'll make larger bottles of kombucha. All this while we hadn't done much there because we were concerned with the kombucha losing their fizz if the bottle gets opened multiple times.

Then someone said a larger bottle is better for gatherings and for sharing. Why didn't we think of that???

So here we have 1L bottles going at RM30 each with the regular RM1 cashback for cleaned returned bottles!

These larger bottles aren't always ready stocked so do check for availability. If we don't have any, we can always brew a fresh batch for you if you're willing to give the yeast time to do their thing ✨️. After all, fresh brew to order is really like none other!

These massive chocolate chip & walnut cookies are gonna get you into Santa's nice list for sure! 🎅🍪

Designed by the renowned Levain Bakery of NYC, the sheer heft of these cookies became something of a legendary dessert. The recipe called for these to be WAAAYYY bigger but we decided 110gm is big enough without being too fragile 😄.

Our Levain Cookies are filled to the brim with dark chocolate chips and walnuts, without being overpoweringly sweet. Each cookie is a meal!

Made with Orange, Cranberries & Pure Vanilla Extract. The tinge of orange-redness reminds us of rosy cheeks kissed by winter chills. And if you shake the bottle ever so slightly, you can see specks of vanilla floating within!

🍷Meet MULLED BERRY.
She's mysterious and dark.
Made with Mulberries, Cloves, Star Anise & Cinnamon. A lovely alcohol-free cousin to the Christmas favourite, mulled wine. Her deep color reminds us of cozy evenings and the Black Forest during snowy evenings. The spices are light and not overpowering at all!
