This week sees Elite mark the 10th anniversary of incorporation at companies house, and its been a journey!.
I started Elite after years of working solely, delivered my first event in 1995 and first NHS conflict management course in 1998, in 2010 I was offered a contract to train people for the Olympics and Elite was born. As many will be aware my partner and employee decided in 2015 they didn't need me and proceeded to remove the money from the Elite bank accounts so January 2016 I had no money and £24k of bills to pay, many were lied to and at first turned against Elite, (some have not spoken to me since) personal attacks on the company, me and my family continued for the next 3 years until Karma intervened.I am therefore writing this to say thank-you, dozens of truly outstanding people have helped Elite to the position we are in now, and I can never thank them enough (or name them with the same one is given) . I look at the trainers and companies we work with as part of the Elite family and will again never take anything we have for granted, ive been at my lowest and with the help of my family and those who believe in Elite and what it stands for have help it grown and will continue to help, support, mentor, and educate to the best of my ability.
